Rather than following the traditional approach of bringing their customers on a visit to their facilities, Eaton wanted to give their customers the same experience through a series of ‘Tech Days’ at various customer locations in India and overseas. Tech Days are an innovative concept that includes a capability demonstration, seminars and one-on-one engagement with industry experts.
Eaton’s customers come from multiple disciplines, and we created a common thread that linked Eaton’s diverse portfolio together, while simultaneously showcasing the might of each discipline. Through a series of Tech Days in India and Singapore, we combined a live brand experience with technology and created an interactive engagement platform that supported and showcased Eaton’s unique initiative and had their customers impressed.
